London and Paris - 7 Days
Day 1
Travel to Europe. Arrive in London in the morning where you will meet your tour guide.
Day 2
Following our transfer to the hotel, enjoy an exclusive tour of London including the Thames River, Big Ben, Whitehall, Trafalgar Square and the Horse Guards. View the residence of the Prime Minister along with Westminster Square and the Cabinet War Rooms on our historic walking tour.
Day 3
Visit Buckingham Palace and catch the changing of the guards. Morning tour of the Westminster Abbey and a visit to St. James Park.
This afternoon view the second largest cathedral in the world, St. Paul’s, and the nearby Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre. Stroll across the Millennium Bridge on our way to the Tower Bridge. Visit the Tower of London, London premier historic landmark. See England’s crown jewels and take a Beefeater Tour.
Day 4
Depart for Paris. After checking into our hotel we will visit the historic Notre Dame cathedral. Opt to climb to the top of the tower and explore the Parisian Archaeological Crypts. After our visit inside the cathedral we will visit the Square Jean XXIII and the Jewish Deportation Memorial.
Day 5
Today we will visit Place de la Concorde and have lunch on the Avenue des Champs Elysees – the “triumphal way”. Later we will view Napoleon’s Arc de Triomphe and the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.
Afternoon tour of the Louvre and the Jardin des Tuileries. Spend the afternoon exploring this vast collection including the Mona Lisa, Venus de Milo and many other astounding works of art.
Day 6
In the morning we will head to the top of the Eiffel Tower for a panoramic view of the ‘City of Love ’. Free time exploring the Tower and the youthful Trocadero.
In the afternoon we will visit the Neo-Romanesque Sacre Couer cathedral and view Paris from above. Free time to mingle with the artists in the Montmartre.
Day 7
After six unforgettable days, return home from Paris !
